• A copy, or original, of the English (target) translation; and
  • A note at the bottom of each translation page, certifying the translation and accompanied by a translator’s official stamp; OR
  • A completed, signed, dated and stamped affidavit* by the certified translator (*Affidavits are provided in both English and French)
